1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the VEPE platform or using the services provided you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

VEPE provides Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) and Business Payout solutions. We act as a facilitator between the user and the banking network. While we strive for 100% uptime, transaction success is subject to bank server availability.

3. User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate and KYC-compliant information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will lead to immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities.

4. Transaction & Refund Policy

Once a "Success" status is received from the banking switch, the transaction is considered final. In case of "Pending" transactions, funds will be settled or refunded within 3-7 working days as per standard banking protocols.

5. Limitation of Liability

VEPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including bank delays or network failures.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
